KNOWN VALIDATION ERROR AFFECTING SOME TAX RETURNS (01/02/2026) [RESOLVED]

We are currently seeing some tax returns receive a Validation Error related to the following message:

The 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:ThirdPartyDesigneePIN' element is invalid. The value '1982' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:PINType' – The Pattern constraint failed.

This is a known issue, and our team is actively working to resolve it. We will provide an update as soon as a fix is available.

Thank you for your patience.
