If the taxpayer is using Taxes To Go app and upon touching the Submit button receives a message "Unable to submit return at this time", tell them to go back through the app and ensure all the required information has been entered.

- Personal information (including name, date of birth, social, address, and driver’s license number)
- Spouse’s personal information (if applicable)
- Capture Driver’s License in the App
- Take a selfie
- Add your dependents if applicable (all information)
- Provide phone.
- Sign the Consent to Use
- Review and Submit tax information to Tax Preparer
