RELEASE NOTES: FEBRUARY 17TH – (RESOLVED)

  1. Allow fees to be changed on federal rejected returns.
  2. Submission page - trying to e-file a state-only return and getting a validation message that the user does not have permission to skip the review process.
  3. Return Review: marking for review shows the decision options regardless of permissions.
  4. Submission page - user with no permission to mark return complete, is required to mark a return complete that was already marked complete and federal e-filed by another user with full permissions.
